We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in effect at the time you place your order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our Website are accurate. However, colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and we may occasionally update our packaging or product presentation.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable taxes will be included or clearly shown where required. Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or Website error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not directly store your complete payment card details.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. Estimated dispatch times, delivery options and applicable delivery charges are shown on our Website and/or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as postal or courier delays.

Please ensure that the delivery information you provide when ordering is complete and accurate. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@akosremedies.com.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We hope you'll be happy with your AKOS order. If you change your mind, you may have the right to cancel your purchase under UK consumer law.

For most products purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Please contact hello@akosremedies.com before returning an order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Products should be returned with reasonable care and, where possible, in their original packaging. Your right to cancel may not apply to certain products where an exemption under consumer law applies.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by our returns policy.

Please follow the directions provided with your product. If you have concerns about your health, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have an existing medical condition or are receiving medical treatment, please seek appropriate professional advice before using a product.

Website use

The content, branding, design, text, photography, graphics and other original material appearing on the AKOS Website belong to us or are used by us with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our permission.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. We may change, update or temporarily withdraw parts of the Website where reasonably necessary.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
